Caricature: Give hands, not guns
On Oct. 21, a shipment of emergency humanitarian medical supplies from China arrived in Beirut. This shipment, totaling 3,601 boxes, includes 65 types of items such as anesthetics, disposable endotracheal tubes, surgical gowns, and oxygen masks.
A spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency stated on Oct. 8 that the conflict between Lebanon and Israel has escalated recently, with explosions and airstrikes occurring in multiple areas of Lebanon, causing significant casualties. At the request of the Lebanese government, China decided to provide emergency humanitarian medical assistance to support Lebanon's medical relief efforts.
