Erick Tsang Kwok-wai, Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, stated that in future elections, the vote-counting process will be optimized by incorporating intelligent methods, with an aim to produce election results more quickly.

Tsang emphasized that after improving the electoral system and district governance system, five successful elections have been held.

He believes that the public has noticed the use of intelligent methods for voter registration. The ticket distribution system has also operated successfully, which contributes to reducing waiting times.
