During a concert held by the male group MIRROR at the Hong Kong Coliseum in July 2022, a giant television screen fell down. The dancer, Moses Li Kai-yin, was crushed and has been hospitalized since then.

Li filed a claim in the District Court for employee compensation against his former employer, Studiodanz Company Limited.

Judge Phillis Loh Lai-ping today (Oct. 21) granted leave to the claimant to amend the writ and adjourned the case to Feb. 21 next year, pending the filing of documents by both parties.

The judge was also concerned about the progress of the claimant's personal injury.

The claimant revealed that he had not yet commenced the legal proceedings and intended to wait for the conclusion of the relevant criminal case.
