The annual "Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival," organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, will take place at the Central Harbourfront Event Space from Oct. 23 to Oct. 27.
This year's festival will be even larger, featuring over 300 wine and food booths. An upgraded version of the "Tasting Theatre" will offer 19 themed workshops, where participants can embark on a gastronomic journey to explore the world of fine wine and gourmet food.
The Tasting Theatre will present masterclasses by celebrity chefs and expert sommeliers. Attendees can enjoy interactive sessions, including live cooking demonstrations and wine-tasting classes.
Additionally, live performances will also be presented by popular singers, including SENZA A Cappella, Hong Kong soprano Hedy Chan, Japanese-Filipino singer-songwriter KASA, and South Korean singer-songwriter Gyubin.
