Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee will deliver his third Policy Address today (Oct. 16), outlining the government's priorities for reform, development, and improving livelihoods.

He will present the Policy Address at 11 a.m. in the Legislative Council, followed by a press conference at 3:30 p.m. at the government headquarters. In the evening, Lee will participate in a televised forum at 7 p.m. on Thursday and attend a joint radio program to discuss the report further.

This year's Policy Address's cover remains green, which Lee explained represents the continuity and connection of government policies. Green symbolizes harmony, vitality, and prosperity, reflecting Hong Kong's transition from governance to prosperity as the city moves forward with strength and unity. Lee expressed gratitude to everyone who provided feedback during the consultation period, which helped shape the focus and priorities of the Policy Address.

The full text of the Policy Address will be available on the website (http://www.policyaddress.gov.hk). Printed copies and related publications will be distributed at 20 Public Enquiry Service Centres under the Home Affairs Department. Leaflets summarizing the key points of the Policy Address will also be available at 16 government office buildings, 7 public libraries, 5 museums, and 61 public housing estate shopping malls across Hong Kong.
