
Sun Dong, the Secretary for Innovation, Technology, and Industry, stated today (Oct. 10) at a logistics summit that smart mobility and living are key to the development of smart cities.
Sun indicated that the government has been closely working with relevant technology research centers and has recently launched the Cross-boundary Public Services self-service kiosk in Hong Kong, which now offers around 70 public services including taxation and company registration.
Sun mentioned that these kiosks have been installed in locations such as Zhuhai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen to facilitate services for residents and businesses in the Greater Bay Area.
