Police said that on the Izumiotsu "PARASITEDEJAVU" music festival performance, a boom camera with a total length of about 11 meters, which was filming the audience by the stage, fell on the audience when it was pulled up.
The police said that the festival was a two-day event, held on the 5th and 6th of October and that about 14,000 people attended the festival on the day of the accident.
The Izumiotsu Police Station is investigating the incident and may charge the event organizers with "professional negligence causing injury.
