Journey of healing: Your happiness to-do list

We go through life exhausted while healing ourselves. Often, it's only you who is the one who is best able to sense and take care of your subtle emotions.

What are some of the warm ways you take care of yourself?

1. Get a full sleep.

2. Watch the sunrise and sunset and realize that "today" is a gift.

3. Spend 20 minutes in the park. Take a picture of the flowers, or just chill out.

4. Sunbathe. Spread out your unpleasant feelings and warm them up in the sun.

5. Dare to satisfy your taste buds.

7. Get together with family or friends and create a happy time that can be replayed countless times.

8. Watch your favorite movies, variety shows, or documentaries to experience a different attitude and lifestyle.

9. Take a walk for a while, and feel the beauty of the neighborhood.

10. Get together with your friends and go on an outdoor excursion.

11. Shop in supermarkets or food markets.

12. Wear your own favorite clothes, not the clothes others think look good.

13. Write a diary to record the interesting and lovely things that happen every day.

14. Keep a lovely green plant and grow with it.

15. Take up a new hobby, especially those you haven't dabbled in, and challenge yourself to the impossible.

16. Hugs. Hug a family member, a friend, a loved one, a kitten or a puppy, a tree, and if you're not good at it, all the more reason to try it.

17. Welcome a better day by washing the clothes, drying the blankets, sweeping the corners, and making the room new.

18. Go for charity, do good deeds, and experience meaning in the process of helping others.

19. Do not pre-paid troubles. When you are worried, read more books. "A book holds a house of gold."

20. Spent on specific actions rather than internal friction. Action is the "cleanest energy".

21. Every day to smile in the mirror once, to give yourself the biggest and most full of praise. Tell yourself, "I'm great, I'm so good, with unlimited possibilities."
