600 second-hand cell phones valued at about HK$2 mn robbed in Sheung Shui yesterday

A robbery took place in Sheung Shui at around 9 p.m. yesterday (Sept. 9). A van-type light goods vehicle transported a batch of second-hand cell phones to the junction of San Hong Street and Tsun Fu Street. After receiving the goods, a man intended to move them to a nearby flat, during which he was threatened by four men armed with knives who later robbed the goods and escaped.

Upon receipt of the report, the Police arrived at the scene and investigated the case. The robbed goods involved 600 cell phones valued at about HK$2 million.
