The Observatory will issue the Gale or Storm Signal, No. 8 at 6:20 p.m. this afternoon. Gale winds associated with Yagi are still expected to affect the vicinity of the Pearl River Estuary tomorrow morning. The Gale or Storm Signal, No.8 is expected to remain in force at least until noon tomorrow (Sept. 6).
