The Observatory announced at 11:45 a.m. today that Signal No. 8 will be issued at 6:20 p.m. Hong Kong Airlines has canceled tomorrow's flights HX107 and HX108 to and from Haikou, and HX161 and HX162 to and from Sanya.
Hong Kong Express has also notified all affected passengers via email and SMS, advising them to stay updated on the latest flight information.
