The 2024 Paris Olympic Games Mainland Olympians delegation will visit Hong Kong from August 29 to 31. Approximately 5,300 tickets for the three performances are reserved for the public.
Tickets will be available for sale today (August 22) at 10 AM through the URBTIX website, mobile app, or by phone, priced at HK$20 each (including online booking fees). There are no concession tickets; each person can purchase 2 tickets per transaction.
Ticket purchase methods are as follows:
- Mobile app URBTIX (available on Android, HarmonyOS, and iPhone/iPad)
- Phone booking: 3166 1288 (available daily from 10 AM to 8 PM, including public holidays)
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) has also announced special arrangements for ticket sales:
Tickets for the grand performance and the two sports demonstrations will be sold separately on the URBTIX website. Buyers can choose one program for which to purchase tickets. At the time of ticket sales, buyers can click the "Go to Purchase" button for the respective program to enter the ticketing page. The system will assign seats automatically, and self-selection of seats is not allowed. Buyers must complete the transaction within 10 minutes.
Since tickets are sold under real-name registration, each ticket will display the English name of each ticket holder as provided by the purchaser. Buyers must prepare this information in advance to facilitate the purchasing process. Ticket holders must present an identification document with a photo that matches the name on the ticket for identity verification upon entry. Those who fail to comply will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued. Ticket holders cannot alter ticket information or transfer tickets to others.
An LCSD spokesperson said they have never authorized anyone to sell tickets outside the URBTIX website. The public purchasing or obtaining unauthorized tickets may fall victim to fraud, resulting in denial of entry and financial loss. The spokesperson also reminded the public to manage their personal information carefully and not to disclose it to others to prevent misuse, which could lead to serious consequences.
