Train service on the Kwun Tong Line between Prince Edward and Ho Man Tin stations was suspended on Sunday (July 28) due to the renewal of major infrastructure in the tunnels. It will resume normal service today (July 29).
The MTR said the Kwun Tong Line will resume normal service from the first train today. The major tunnel infrastructure renewal works were successfully completed after 28 hours, with detailed inspections and safety tests on unladen trains. The MTR thanks passengers again for their tolerance and cooperation in this service adjustment.
