1-minutes News | Herbal tea drinks: Unstoppable rise of 'Punk Health' trends

Today's young Chinese face enormous stress and anxiety, leading them to explore unconventional health trends like beer with goji berries, cola with codonopsis, and meditation music for weight loss.

These "punk health" practices, often psychological tricks, don't achieve actual health goals.

However, Wuhan First Hospital has recently drawn attention with its innovative herbal tea beverages, such as Five Flowers Tea, which offer real health benefits. These drinks, available via convenient phone orders and window pick-ups, clear heat, promote fluid production, and cater to modern youth's needs.

Since launching last September, the hospital has sold 140,000 orders of these herbal tea substitutes. "Punk Health" represents a new way for young people to combat stress and anxiety, seeking a balance between life and health.
