"Hydrogen has many benefits, but the safety requirements for maintenance and storage need attention... The Environment and Ecology Bureau will not only launch a strategy but also focus on studying the safety guidelines."

Eason Chan's Chongqing concert postponed after injured due to heatstroke

Six shows of Eason Chan's Fear and Dreams World Tour in Chongqing on June 14-16 and 21-23, 2024 have been postponed due to the singer's injuries sustained after fainting due to heat stroke.

Eason's company My Kan Wonderland Limited issued a statement, saying that Eason had suffered heat stroke and fainted while playing tennis outdoors in the afternoon of June 10, and his jaw was badly injured when he fell down and hit the ground.

Eason was then immediately sent to the hospital for treatment. After the doctor's examination, Eason suffered a fracture in his cheekbone and a skin rupture on his chin. He needed to undergo a suture operation immediately, with a total of more than 30 stitches.

Based on the doctor's diagnosis, Eason will need to rest for at least three weeks for the jaw wound to heal completely. Therefore, the company regrets to announce that the six concerts in Chongqing will have to be postponed until 2025. The organizer will announce compensation arrangements as soon as possible.
