MTR provides free tickets for EMU overnight sleeper train to Beijing and Shanghai

The EMU sleeper train service on the Hong Kong section of the high-speed rail will commence operations on June 15.

To celebrate the launch of the overnight sleeper train service on the Hong Kong high-speed rail, the MTR Mobile App will be giving away free round-trip tickets for the train between Hong Kong-Beijing and Hong Kong-Shanghai to its registered users over the next three consecutive Tuesdays, starting from June 11 (Tuesday).

A total of 150 free round-trip tickets (25 sets per route per week) will be distributed across the three-week promotion.

The first round of the free ticket giveaway will begin tomorrow (June 11) at 12 pm noon. Passengers can log on to the designated promotion page on time to have a chance to obtain the free high-speed rail sleeper train tickets, while supplies last. Winners must personally visit the designated counters at the West Kowloon Station of the Hong Kong High-Speed Rail to redeem the free train tickets between June 13-18, 2024, as the tickets will expire after this period.
