Connecting Dots | Chinese New Year Trivia: The Cat in the Chinese Zodiac?

Chinese people are meticulous in their efforts to avoid bad luck and misfortune. During Chinese New Year, red decorations adorn homes, symbolizing good fortune and warding off evil spirits. People also exchange red envelopes containing "lucky money" as a gesture of goodwill.

By embracing these customs, Chinese individuals aim to welcome the new year with positivity, prosperity, and a fresh start, leaving behind any traces of negativity from the previous year.

This time, our reporters interviewed students from the University of Hong Kong. How much do they know about the customs of the Chinese Lunar New Year? Do they know all animals from the Chinese zodiac or are they still searching for the elusive cat in the Chinese zodiac?

Check out the video for some lunar laughs!
