In continuation of the annual "Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival", the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has partnered with nearly 400 restaurants and bars across the city to present the "Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival - Taste the City," a month-long culinary extravaganza that will spread the feast throughout the city.
Mixologists from 60 local bars, including those from "Asia's 50 Best Bars", used "Hong Kong" as creative inspiration, local themes and unique local materials to create 120 special items for the "Drink! Hong Kong" Bar Festival Cocktails are prepared to create the ultimate delicious cocktail for tourists and local wine lovers.

The bars participating in this year's "Drink! Hong Kong" establishments have come up with a range of unique concepts, trying to merge the traditional with the creative and add features of Hong Kong. These include the "Healthy Monkey", a herbal tea cocktail based on whiskey and "herbal tea" kudzu water at Library Restaurant and Bar in Tsim Sha Tsui, and the "Cocktail with HK Inspiration" and "Signature Cocktail" at Alibi - Wine Dine Be Social in Mongkok. Visitors can also enjoy the signature cocktails at the bar at a special price of HK$280 for a package of 8 tokens.
