Two trains collided in Yuen Long on Wednesday (Oct. 4), resulting in the temporary suspension of some light rail services.
At around 9:30 a.m., the two trains, one of them carrying passengers, crashed into each other at the Yuen Long stop. Three passengers were injured and were taken to hospital.
In a statement, the MTR said services between Yuen Long and Tong Fong Tsuen were temporarily suspended. Routes 610, 614, 615 and 761P were diverted and feeder bus services provided, it said.
