Lingnan University to set up new campus in West Kowloon
Lingnan University President Leonard Cheng said at the media spring dinner today (Feb. 16), Lingnan University will set up a campus in West Kowloon, whose site will be located in the West Kowloon Cultural District M + building, 12 and 13 floors, a total area of about 20,000 square feet for students studying arts and cultural courses.
The site is located near the MTR and XRL stations, making it more convenient for both mainland and local students to attend the school, according to Cheng.
He also said that Lingnan University will also build a seven-story building on its Tuen Mun campus to provide shared living space for staff and students and that the project has already started.
Lingnan University Vice President Joshua Mok hopes that the new campus of Lingnan University will provide research and learning activities that will help strengthen Hong Kong's cultural and creative industries.
