The Secretary for Security Chris Tang Ping-keung said in a post on a social media platform on Jan. 21 that a fake Facebook page of himself had appeared on the Internet, involving suspected fraudulent content, and the police were following up on it.
Tang reminded the public that he has only one Facebook page with official authentication, so the public need to pay attention to it and raise awareness.
"Do not believe in any false information or fage pages," he added.
