In China, to pay tribute to Confucius and to have the First Writing Ceremony have become traditional culture for thousands of year. At the very center of Quanzhou old city, a Confucius temple has existed for over one thousand years. It was first built in the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty and was the highest educational institution in Quanzhou during the Song and Yuan Dynasties. A great number of excellent elites, who fully participated in Song Yuan Quanzhou's maritime trade, were cultivated here. An Indonesian girl Arvia Fuja Aslami, who has been in China for two years, goes to the Confucius Temple and wishes to have a successful academic achievement in China. In the Confucius Temple, she can more truly feel the power of the great thinker and hear the teachings that travel across time.
