The Miss Hong Kong 2022 Pageant Semi-Finals was scheduled to be held this Sunday (September 4), but the news of the contestants being infected with COVID-19 has been released.
TVB announced today (August 30) that the event has received news that five candidates have been infected with COVID-19 and will suspend rehearsals and promotions for all events.
The announcement said that the event has immediately arranged for the candidates to undergo nucleic acid testing and strictly abide by anti-COVID measures.
The event also announced that the Miss Hong Kong 2022 Pageant Semi-Finals, originally scheduled for Sunday (September 4) at 8:30 pm, will be postponed to allow sufficient time for the infected to recover and continue to participate in the pageant.
