Hong Kong Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Erick Tsang Kwok-wai, will meet the media at 4:30 pm today (Nov. 29) at the Government Secretariat to explain the arrangements for electors to return from the Mainland to vote in the 2021 Legislative Council General Election.
