
Hong Kong's Chief Executive Carrie Lam, will visit Wuhan in Hubei Province from Nov. 28 to Dec. 1.
Lam will lead a delegation of the HKSAR government and depart for Wuhan via Shenzhen on Nov. 28 to attend the High-Level Meeting cum First Plenary of the HK-Hubei Co-operation Conference the following day.
Chief Secretary for Administration John Lee, Secretary for Innovation and Technology Alfred Sit, Secretary for Home Affairs Caspar Tsui, and Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Clement Woo, will join the visit.
While in Wuhan, Lam will meet with leaders of Hubei Province and Wuhan as well as conduct visits to facilities and enterprises there.
Lam will return to HK via Shenzhen on Dec. 1. During Lam and Lee's absence, Financial Secretary Paul Chan, will be the Acting Chief Executive. The Executive Council will be on recess on November 30.
