At Coldplay's recent concert in Boston, what began as a lighthearted "Kiss Cam" segment turned into a viral scandal when cameras caught Astronomer CEO Andy Byron sharing an intimate moment with the company's Chief People Officer, Kristin Cabot. The incident quickly made headlines worldwide, drawing scrutiny over their professional and personal lives.
Days after the incident, Astronomer released an official statement on LinkedIn, announcing that Byron had resigned from his position as CEO. The company's board of directors accepted his resignation and stated that the search for a new CEO would begin immediately. The statement emphasized Astronomer's commitment to its core values and the importance of upholding ethical standards, which the recent events failed to meet. However, the statement did not disclose what actions, if any, would be taken against Kristin Cabot.

Adding to the intrigue, US media outlets revealed that Kristin Cabot's husband, Andrew Cabot, is also a CEO. The couple recently purchased a US$2.2 million (approximately HK$17.12 million) luxury home in Rye, New Hampshire, in February of this year.
Property records confirmed the purchase, and further investigations into the Cabot family's wealth revealed their staggering fortune. According to a 1972 report by The New York Times, the Cabot family's wealth was estimated at US$200 million at the time, equivalent to US$15.4 billion today when adjusted for inflation.
