Housing Secretary Winnie Ho announced today (March 31) on her social media that keys are being distributed to successful applicants for the Light Public Housing project on Yau Pok Road.
This month, significant progress has also been made on the Choi Hing modular public housing project, with the final MiC component completed on March 22, indicating that the project is in its final stages. The public housing office on Choi Hing Road in Shek Kip Mei began operations last Thursday to handle eligibility verification for related applications.
Ho mentioned that she and Deputy Secretary for Housing, Victor Tai, recently visited the Choi Hing project to inspect the construction progress and quality. They discussed strategies with the team to overcome site limitations and enhance efficiency. She pointed out that the two towers of the Choi Hing project, each reaching 18 to 19 stories, are nearing completion and will encompass approximately 2,300 units.
