In this episode of Connie Talk, we interviewed Prof. Raymond Leung. As the Chairman and CEO of C&L Holdings Ltd., Prof. Leung has extensive experience in investment, advisory services, and business development. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

This interview primarily focuses on the Institute of International Experts (IIE), which Prof. Leung founded as a nonprofit organization aimed at promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration among experts from various fields. Through this, Prof. Leung emphasizes the need to integrate knowledge from different disciplines to foster innovation.

During the program, Prof. Leung uses personal experiences as examples to illustrate the challenging situations encountered in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders. He also stresses the importance for young people to engage in continuous learning and hard work, enabling them to adapt to a rapidly changing world.

Reflecting on his educational journey, Prof. Leung notes that the concept of interdisciplinary collaboration came to him "by chance." It was through constant learning and expanding his interests that he found unexpected opportunities.

"Don't hesitate to learn, because once you learn it, when the opportunity comes across, you can grab it."
