Yesterday (Feb. 12), during the Lantern Festival, the head of the Hong Kong delegation, Kenneth Fok, who is attending the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin, wished everyone a happy Lantern Festival along with Hong Kong's ice and snow sports athletes.
Fok uploaded a video on social media showing him and Hong Kong athletes making tangyuan (sweet rice balls) and solving lantern riddles, as well as performing a traditional dance, all in a joyful atmosphere. Fok expressed that the organizing committee was very considerate, arranging a special Lantern Festival program for the athletes in the athletes' village, even while competitions were still ongoing.
Netizens commented that Fok's performance was quite impressive, suggesting that he must have practiced the dance.
