Videos provided by the source show MTR staff at Central Station announcing via the PA system that a passenger requires emergency medical assistance. Passengers needing to take the East Rail Line or South Island Line are advised to take the Tsuen Wan Line train to Admiralty Station for transfers.

The videos also show a significant number of passengers waiting on the platform for the Island Line towards Chai Wan.
