The US is reportedly debating whether to include Chinese cross-border e-commerce giants Shein and Temu, a subsidiary of Pinduoduo, on the Department of Homeland Security's so-called "forced labor" list, according to a report by Semafor cited by Reuters.
Sources familiar with the matter stated that the US government has yet to make a final decision and may ultimately decide against adding the companies to the list.
