The highest-ever Chinese New Year Mark Six Snowball was stirred up a few days ago, with the jackpot of one winning ticket and a payout of up to HK$193 million per bet. At 11:56 a.m. today (Feb. 4), a 29-year-old man went to the Hong Kong Jockey Club headquarters building in Happy Valley, holding a Mark Six Snowball ticket, claiming that he had won the "jackpot" and asking for the prize money.

After checking with the staff, it was confirmed that the man had not won any prize.
