
As the Lunar New Year approaches, McDonald's Hong Kong, celebrating its 50th anniversary, announced today (Jan. 14) that it will distribute HK$1,000 bonuses to over 10,000 employees, including frontline staff, restaurant managers, office colleagues, and management, totaling over HK$10 million.
Additionally, McDonald's will hold its annual employee dinner for the third consecutive year, themed around its 50th birthday party. The event will take place from Feb. 10 to 12 at the AsiaWorld-Expo, featuring over 600 tables and inviting nearly 8,000 employees to participate.
Starting this month, the restaurant management team will also receive salary increases, with a specific amount based on individual performance.
