A dangerous incident has gone viral after a video surfaced online showing a man lying flat in the middle of Castle Peak Road near Pok Oi Hospital. The incident, which occurred on Jan. 9, caused chaos as vehicles were forced to slow down and swerve to avoid hitting him.
The man, dressed in a blue jacket and wearing a baseball cap, appeared to have an injured foot as a single slipper lay nearby. He was seen lying across the road with his head resting on what appeared to be a backpack and his arms crossed, gazing at the sky. The video uploader did not specify the time of the incident, but the location was identified as the section of Castle Peak Road heading towards Kam Tin and Sheung Shui.
