NASA's astronauts' homecoming delayed until March: Latest updates
According to reports from media outlets, the return date of two American astronauts stranded in space has been postponed again. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announced on Tuesday (Dec. 17) that the return of the two astronauts will be delayed until at least the end of March next year. Previously, NASA had stated that the astronauts would return to Earth in February next year aboard SpaceX's "Dragon" spacecraft.
NASA was scheduled to launch another manned spacecraft in February of next year. By the end of the same month, the two astronauts, Wilmore and Williams, stranded in space, were supposed to return to Earth along with two other astronauts. However, SpaceX needs more time to prepare the new spacecraft, so the next launch mission will be delayed until at least the end of March next year.
