At 3 p.m. yesterday (Nov. 21), the police received a report indicating that suspected human bones were found under the Ap Lei Chau Bridge, near the slope close to the basketball court No. 2 in Ap Lei Chau Park.
The police quickly arrived at the scene. After a preliminary assessment by the forensic team, it was believed that the bones belonged to a female, and they were taken for further examination.
The case has been classified as the discovery of human bones and is followed up by the District Crime Squad of Western District.
