The annual Hong Kong-style milk tea day is back! The Black & White® brand, under FrieslandCampina, is set to host various celebratory events next month. Kicking off the festivities, a notable event where Black & White® Hong Kong-style milk tea will be distributed for free is scheduled from Nov. 1 to 30.
During this period, 120 participating tea restaurants across Hong Kong will offer free Black & White® Hong Kong-style milk tea every Monday to Friday, totaling over 12,000 cups. Residents can visit these designated restaurants during specific times to enjoy a free cup of Black & White® Hong Kong-style milk tea and experience the delightful combination of this local beverage with various dishes. The list of participating restaurants will be announced later on the Black & White® Facebook page.
Since its introduction to Hong Kong in the 1940s, Black & White® evaporated milk has become a key ingredient in Hong Kong-style milk tea. Since 2013, Black & White® has been organizing Hong Kong-style milk tea day every November on the third Sunday, with this year marking the twelfth edition of the event.
