Starting today (Oct. 19), the Hong Kong Heritage Museum is hosting the "Celebrating National Day — Auspicious Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Greater Bay Area" exhibition.
The exhibition showcases intangible cultural heritage from 11 cities in the Greater Bay Area, including Hong Kong's "Hakka Unicorn Dance in Hang Hau in Sai Kung," Macao's "Festival of the Drunken Dragon," and Foshan's "Lion Head Crafting."

The exhibition runs until March 31, 2025, with free admission.
The exhibition will also feature a variety of demonstrations and experiential activities in the HK Heritage Museum and Sam Tung Uk Museum. These activities will offer the public a chance to experience the diversity of intangible cultural heritage, including the flower button-making technique, sugar-blowing technique, and traditional architecture preservation technique. All activities are free, with participation on a first-come, first-served basis.
