'Starting with the one in mirror': Ways to improve yourself

1. Exercise to change your physique

Exercise can bring the dopamine of happiness. Stand up and move around for a few minutes after being sedentary for a while; jump rope or run after work to loosen up your muscles; and do a set of slow-paced stretches before sleep. Keep exercising and you will eventually be rewarded with good health.

2. Change minds with learning

Take the initiative to seek knowledge, to explore things, and to jump out of the comfort zone. When you continue to invest time in reading and learning, you can broaden your horizons, and the ability to solve problems will become stronger.

3. Change lives with self-discipline

The things that can improve us for the better are always not easy to stick to.

True self-discipline is not about preparing a detailed plan, having a full range of sports equipment, or buying many new books... Self-discipline begins with taking each moment seriously. 

It is never too late to start making ourselves better!
