63-year-old HK singer Andy Lau experiences accident during concert in Shenzhen
An accident happened to 63-year-old Hong Kong singer Andy Lau during his concert in Shenzhen on the evening of Sept. 9, which startled the audience and fans. He was singing when the door of the underground passage on stage unexpectedly opened, making him miss his footing and fall over. Fortunately, he did not fall off the stage.
Andy Lau said that his finger was injured and apologized to his fans.
According to the audience, Lau had a minor abrasion on his hand, and a staff member immediately handed him a towel. He then shouted to the crowd, "It's okay. No worries." He added that he would bandage his hand after leaving the stage.
After the concert, many fans commented on the official Weibo account of the concert, pointing out that this was not the first time that Andy Lau had experienced such an accident during the tour.
A fan captured a moment where Lau slid on his knees on a high platform during his concert in Shanghai in July this year. From the overhead perspective, Lau was very close to the edge of the platform, which was very dangerous.
During his concert in Beijing, Lau nearly missed his footing on a lifting platform. Fortunately, he quickly stepped back and grabbed the handrail.
