(Tips) Run in hot weather? Six free indoor jogging tracks in LCSD sports centers recommended to you!

Many people like running for exercise, but it has been hot lately. If you don't want to run outdoors, six sports centers managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) in Hong Kong provide free indoor jogging tracks for you to work out in cool areas.

They are open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

There is no need to make a reservation or pay for admission before running.

Tiu Keng Leng Sports Centre

• An indoor jogging track of approx. 130m in length
• 1 fee-charging car park with parking spaces for 13 private cars and 9 motorcycles (including 1 accessible parking space)
• Address: 2 Chui Ling Road, Tseung Kwan O

Choi Wing Road Sports Centre

• An indoor jogging track of about 163 m in length
• Address: 58 Choi Wing Road, Kwun Tong

Hong Kong Park Sports Centre

• An indoor jogging track of approx. 162m in length
• Address: 29 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong

Po Wing Road Sports Centre

• An indoor jogging track with 2 lanes
• Fee-charging car park with 29 car parking spaces (including 1 accessible parking space)
• Address: 19 Pak Wo Road, Sheung Shui, New Territories

Tin Fai Road Sports Centre

• An indoor jogging track of approx. 130m in length with 3 lanes
• Address: 63 Tin Shui Road, Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long

Hang Hau Sports Centre

• An indoor jogging track of approx. 150m in length
• Address: 1-3/F, Sai Kung Tseung Kwan O Government Complex, 38 Pui Shing Road, Tseung Kwan O
