The mainland Olympic athlete delegation began the final day of their visit to Hong Kong today (August 31). The delegation split into groups this morning to participate in two sports demonstration performances. The diving and swimming demonstrations took place at Victoria Park in Causeway Bay.
Upon arrival, the athletes began their pre-competition warm-up preparations. Reporters on the scene noted that the diving and swimming teams received enthusiastic cheers from the audience as soon as they appeared. Fans also held up posters featuring the athletes' images, showcasing their passionate support.
