Caricature | Black-hearted transaction

It is said that a pregnant woman bought a drug called Lactulose from an online store at HKTV mall. Upon receipt, however, the drug was found to be attached with a prescription label from a public hospital even with a patient's name printed on it, which arouses great concern.

The Hospital Authority noted that some people had uploaded pictures on online forums, claiming to have purchased drugs from public hospitals through online shopping platforms. It reminded the public not to resell or transfer drugs to other people without authorization, and that it will follow up on related cases and refer them to law enforcement agencies for further action if any unlawful acts are found to be involved.
