The Secretary for Security, Chris Tang, attended the passing-out parade at the Hong Kong Correctional Services Academy on Aug. 2. In a posting on social media platforms, Tang said he was reminded of his participation in the graduation ceremony of the Police College when he looked at the young people.
He also shared a video clip of his graduation in 1998 and asked, "Do you know where I am?"
Tang added that the video was very precious to him. He mentioned that he remembered that he was in a leading position at that time, so he recognized himself very quickly, but it took a while for his colleagues to recognize him.
