The 33rd Summer Olympic Games will be opened in Paris, France on Saturday (July 27) at 1.30 am (Hong Kong time).
For the first time ever, the Opening Ceremony will be held outdoors on the Seine. Delegations will take a boat ride on the river. The boats carrying the athletes will be fitted with cameras so that those watching on TV or via mobile phones will be able to enjoy the ceremony from a close distance.

Athletes are training for tomorrow's competitions, while Parisians and tourists are taking photos in the streets as they welcome the arrival of the Olympic Games.
