Gaemi, which has weakened into a severe tropical storm, landed off the coast of Putian, Fujian at nearly 8 pm yesterday (July 25). The Transport Department (TD) said it received notification from the Mainland railroad authorities that due to the expected adverse weather conditions, some of the high-speed rail train trips between Hong Kong's West Kowloon Station and the Mainland from July 26 to 27, 2024 would be canceled.
