" While challenging their opponents and pushing their limits, these athletes are also testing the boundaries of human potential.

Not everyone is blessed with exceptional athletic talent, but everyone has the opportunity to participate in sports. The ubiquitous sports fields, fitness facilities, and the proliferation of gyms in Hong Kong reflect the city's passion for physical activities. Sports have made "physical fitness" more than just a catchphrase, embedding the notion of "life through sports" deep in the public consciousness.
