Doraemon Drone Show to light up Victoria Harbor again on July 20

The organizer, AllRightsReserved (ARR), plans to hold a second Doraemon drone show over Tsim Sha Tsui East at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 20. (ARR)

The organizer, AllRightsReserved (ARR), plans to hold a second Doraemon drone show over Tsim Sha Tsui East at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 20.

This decision follows the enthusiastic reception of the world's first Doraemon drone show in May and the successful launch of the "100% Doraemon & FRIENDS" touring exhibition's first stop last Saturday (July 13).

This event will feature new, exciting content, with 1,000 drones transforming into various classic Doraemon scenes and figures, offering a visual feast for the audience.

The duration of this show will be similar to the previous one, with approximately 15 minutes, including the drones' take-off and landing. Still, the content will be extended to around 10 minutes.

On the day of the drone show on July 20, road closure and crowd control measures will be implemented in Tsim Sha Tsui. At that time, part of Salisbury Road (eastbound and westbound) and nearby roads will be closed, with temporary public transport arrangements for diversions, and the relevant authorities will announce details.

The recommended viewing locations for the drone show are near Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade (Tsim Sha Tsui East) and part of the closed Salisbury Road (eastbound). In addition, the public is advised to note that nearby buildings may block the sightline at some locations along the Tsim Sha Tsui harbor front, such as the precincts of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre and Museum of Art.

In view of the road closures and other measures, the online registration of "100% Doraemon Outdoor Exhibited Area" on July 20 has been suspended. Only the ticket holders of the "100% DORAEMON & FRIENDS" Tour on July 20 will be admitted.

To commemorate the launch of the world's first Doraemon drone show in Hong Kong, the organizer has launched a series of limited-edition drone show-themed souvenirs, including a drone show special edition tee set (black/white), tee (black/white), bottled water, cooling towel, and LED glow stick, allowing fans to support the drone performance.

The collection will be available at the pop-up shops at G33 and on the 6th floor (exclusive for ticket holders), K11 MUSEA, starting from July 19 (Friday).

As the drones are affected by external factors such as wind and rain, and the weather has been changeable and unstable recently, visitors are advised to pay close attention to the latest announcements on the official website and social platforms.
