
At least 27 Hong Kong students achieved the highest possible score on the May diploma exams by the International Baccalaureate (IB), according to the announced results.
IB issued the results to the schools on Friday night, and students were able to access their individual results on Saturday.
Seventeen students from the English Schools Foundation's seven schools received a perfect score of 45, placing them among the highest scorers in the area.
There are also four top-scoring students from Diocesan Boys' School and two from Victoria Shanghai Academy.
One top performer each hails from St. Paul's Co-educational College, St Stephen's College, Po Leung Kuk Choi Kai Yau School and Yew Chung International School.
23 local students attained the top grade in the 2023 exam.
