MTR Corporation held a meeting with the union to discuss the salary adjustment scheme today (July 4). According to sources, MTR will increase salaries this year based on performance ratings, with increments ranging from 2.05% to 6.15% for ratings between 2 and 5. The rate of increase remains the same as last year.
Additionally, all employees will receive a bonus equivalent to 0.45 months' salary, with the maximum bonus reaching up to 2.22 months' salary depending on performance.
